I joined State Farm in 2021 and opened this agency in 2026 after a career in logistics. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so I understand both the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up. I'm passionate about providing the training, coaching, and support needed to help new team members succeed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Catharine Albin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
