Prelitigation Personal Injury Paralegal Location: Work from home Salary: $65,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time The OpportunityMike Agruss Law is looking for an experienced Prelitigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a hands-on case management role for someone who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, and knows how to keep personal injury cases moving forward. You will manage your own prelitigation caseload under attorney supervision and serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients throughout their case. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, empathetic, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities: • What You'll Do Manage a prelitigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement in Litify Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular, proactive case updates Build strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties Monitor clients' medical treatment and proactively address gaps, delays, and other issues Request, track, organize, and review medical records, bills, liens, insurance information, and other case documentation Identify missing information and make sure files are complete and moving toward demand Using Eve, draft settlement demand letters and other case-related communications Track deadlines, treatment progress, insurance issues, and next steps in Litify.
