Job Description

Commercial Accounts Clerk  assists in a variety of job duties, including billing and collections of commercial pest and termite service sold as a corporate account. In addition, serves as a single point of contact for corporate accounts and organizes service requests, callbacks and additional sales inquires. 

Specific Duties Include:

• Address phone and email inquiries professionally and respond to customer requests. 
• Organize, communicate and expedite customer information in a manner promoting superior service quality. 
• Monitor corporate accounts to ensure that payments are up to date. 
• Review Collection reports and contact customers concerning late balances. 
• Communicate with supervision concerning delinquent accounts. 
• Check figures, postings and documents to ensure they are correct, mathematically accurate and properly coded. 
• Accurate execution and completion of paperwork
• Be able to multi-task and work under time constraints. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Saturdays and evening work may be required at times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills including the use of email
• Excellent communication skills, proper grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to perform basic math computation
• Reliable in attendance with a great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to perform work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to type a minimum of 25-30 WPM with 100% accuracy
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
