Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): June 2026 for 6 months
Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Variable (Sun through Sat) 12hr shifts (Day Shift 7:45 am - 7:45 pm) (Night Shift 7:45 pm - 7:45 am)
Type of Patients/Cases: All ages, primarily adult
Patients per Day/Volume: 35-45
9 private rooms/2 trauma bays; 3 triage/treatment rooms
Trauma Level: Level 4
Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): ACLS, PALS, ATLS
Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): ER residency
Board Certified Required: Yes
Specific Specialty Board Required? ABEM or AOBEM
IMLC State: No
Active State License Required: OR lic required
CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): OR DEA requiredBecome an ICON:
