Job Snapshot:

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Preferred hours are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Sunday, with some flexibility

What We're Looking For:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities
• Professional and polished communication and rapport-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort using technology and CRM (customer relationship management) systems
• Heart for hospitality and customer service
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mentality
• Preferred - Hospitality, customer service, or client-facing experience

The Work You'll Do As Our Member Services Coordinator:

• Deliver exceptional support to new and current members and elevate the membership experience to encourage long-term retention
• Treat every member respectfully and professionally
• Walk members through membership options, upgrades, and new services while answering any questions
• Onboard new members and ensure positive experiences from the very first interaction
• Proactively engage with members and find ways to increase participation and engagement
• Quickly and professionally address any problems or concerns
• Expertly manage corporate memberships and relationships
• Assist in other areas as needed
