Open Positions available in: O'ahu (West Side) & Big Island (Priority) About the Role: As a Direct Support Worker (DSW) , you will provide compassionate, one-on-one, person-centered support to individuals in both home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, participation in community activities, supporting daily living tasks and personal interests, and promoting social engagement and independence through meaningful group interactions. This role is key in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, self-directed lives. We are a team of dedicated professionals that would like to share this passion with you. We provide on-the-job training, support and flexibility.
