Clinical Lab Technician I - Bilingual (English/Spanish); Evening/Night Shift - Miami, FL Updated: Yesterday Location: Miami, FL, United States Job ID: 25108770 Job Description We are looking for a Clinical Lab Technician I who will perform and support laboratory procedures in support of clinical research studies at a Miami, FL location. The role requires working evening (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) or night (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) shifts, with occasional support for other shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory tasks in accordance with study protocols such as urine drug screens, dipsticks, pregnancy tests, and equipment set‑up. Conduct specialized laboratory procedures within your certified area of expertise. Use accurate pipetting techniques to collect, process, and prepare pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and diagnostic samples. Prepare and dispense buffer solutions for special studies. Ship biological samples according to laboratory schedules and temperature requirements. Maintain, calibrate, and monitor laboratory equipment. Manage supply inventory to support all study activities. Provide excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and study participants. Support additional clinical duties as assigned. Qualifications Certification as a Medical Laboratory Assistant (AMT), Laboratory Technologist, or Phlebotomist. Prior laboratory experience required. Demonstrated pipetting proficiency and comfort handling biological samples. Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluent in English and conversational Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in a regulatory or clinical research environment preferred. Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, nights, and occasional day shifts.
