Accounting Assistant (On-Site | Miami, FL)

Job Description
We're looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and handling high-volume data with accuracy .

If you're someone who takes pride in precision and likes structured, task-focused work, this will be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
Support administrative and financial workflows
Maintain organized and up-to-date records
Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks

Important : This is an on-site role in Miami, FL . Applicants must be local and available to work in person. We do not provide relocation assistance.

Requirements

Bilingual: English & Spanish (professional level required)
Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, payments, basic accounting)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience handling high-volume data entry
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working independently
Bonus: Experience with trucking compliance
