Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the operating room with a 1:1 ratio.
• Coordinate surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including General, Ortho, Neuro, and more.
• Respond to on-call needs promptly with a requirement to stay within a 20-minute callback time.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, including the Universal Protocol for time outs.
• Demonstrate competence with surgical systems and tools, such as Da Vinci Xi and Mako Surgical System.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic charting system during each shift.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington or Compact state.
• Minimum of 1 year OR circulating experience required.
• Previous experience with Epic charting system essential.
• Experience with trauma and interdisciplinary support teams preferred.
• On-call availability, including one weeknight per week and one weekend every 6 weeks.
• BLS certification required.
