What you’ll do: Support merit, bonus, and LTI cycles Partner with HRBPs to deliver data-driven comp recommendations Work hands‑on with equity/stock programs (RSUs, etc.) Contribute to global projects like pay equity, leveling, and org design What we’re looking for: ~4+ years in compensation Experience with stock administration Strong Excel + analytical storytelling skills Someone who wants impact, not just execution This is a chance to build, influence, and grow within a high‑visibility Total Rewards team. Pay Range: $86,000 - $116,000 The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
