This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to impactful transportation projects throughout the region.Key Responsibilities:Design and/or oversee traffic-related improvements for highway and transportation projectsDevelop traffic control, traffic signal, signing, and pavement marking plansPerform traffic analysis and modeling for transportation improvement initiativesPrepare technical reports and recommendations for project deliverablesReview and seal traffic-related submittalsMentor junior engineering staff and support team developmentCollaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality solutionsParticipate in professional organizations and assist with business development effortsQualifications:3–10 years of experience in traffic design for transportation projectsBS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university requiredEIT required; PE preferredPTOE certification or willingness to obtain is a plusExperience with MicroStation, InRoads, or OpenRoads preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPennDOT and/or PA Turnpike experience preferredStrong work ethic and attention to detail If you are interested in joining a collaborative team focused on delivering meaningful transportation solutions, apply today.
