Behavior Technician

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Technician for a full-time, full school year position (summers included) within a local school district.
Position Details:- Full-Time (FT), Year-Round (including summer)
- School-based setting
- Local school district
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Collect data and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Strong behavior experience required
- Previous school or ABA experience preferred
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and follow plans consistently
