What you'll be doing:

Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis
Analyze financial data to support operational and business decisions
Partner with operations to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred)
Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
