ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative for Mitch Hollier State Farm Agency, you'll be a face of our agency- building relationships, educating clients, and helping them select coverage that fits their needs and budget. You'll play a key role in growing our book of business through lead generation, consultative sales, and exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

actively contribute to a positive, energetic office culture
educate customers on coverage options, discounts, and protection plans
develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
present and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products
build and maintain relationships
meet and exceed goals for production
maintain strong follow-up and organizational skills through a CRM system
participate in training and team coaching to improve skills and knowledge

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
