Our onboarding and training program is unmatched in the industry. Your first 5 days with us will be an exciting, immersive experience. You'll acquire a comprehensive skill set, from mastering lead conversion techniques to delivering outstanding buyer/seller consultations and gaining expertise with contracts. Our goal? To have you touring properties and closing transactions as quickly as possible.

What we look for in our agents:

1. A passion for guiding sellers and buyers through residential real estate transactions
2. Proficiency in preparing residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
3. Expertise in conducting detailed property assessments to determine accurate property values
4. Commitment to maintaining consistent availability and responsiveness to clients' needs
5. Diligence in keeping all systems and CRM platforms updated with data from our channel partners, including Zillow
