Responsibilities

• Grow Your Business: Engage prospective clients through phone outreach, networking, and the PLACE consumer app while implementing proven business practices.
• Advise Clients Throughout the Process: Learn each client's goals and provide informed guidance during buying, selling, and investment transactions.
• Provide Market Insight: Deliver timely, relevant information supported by proprietary data and advanced property valuation tools.
• Cultivate Long-Term Relationships: Provide responsive, professional service and maintain regular communication that builds trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Successful Sales Experience: Background in real estate or another competitive sales field, with a demonstrated history of achievement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport, build credibility, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Independent and Team-Oriented: Capable of managing responsibilities autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Adaptable Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating challenges and responding effectively to changing market conditions.
• Licensed or Willing to Become Licensed: Holds an active real estate license or is prepared to complete the licensing process promptly.
