Assistant Evaluation And Jurys

We are looking for an Assistant Evaluation and Jurys F/H, to join our school, Paris School of Business, located in Paris (5th arrondissement), in the context of a permanent position available from 01/06/2026.

Main Missions:

1. Administrative and operational follow-up of evaluations (Continuous Assessments & Exams)

• List the exam topics, make-ups and their corrections each semester;
• Collect the received topics and record them;
• Verify the information related to the modalities;
• Read and ensure the formatting of the topics in collaboration with the Program Assistants;
• Prepare the folders for the printer for the realization of the exam topics;
• Ensure the availability of the exam and make-up schedules by the planning service;
• Prepare the exam envelopes;
• Participate in the management of archives;
• Contribute to the organization and the course of the sessions of re-reading of the copies by the students;

2. Recovery & Entry of Exam Grades

• Perform the recovery and entry of exam grades;
• Remind the teachers to recover the exam grades or make-ups if necessary;
• Control the entry of the grades of the continuous assessments

3. Studentship Jury

• Participate in the preparation and organization of studentship juries;
• Participate in the organization of preliminary meetings with the business units;
• Participate in the quality control of the bulletins and make the necessary corrections;

4. Diplomation & Certification Jury

• Participate in the preparation and organization of diplomation juries;

Profile Sought:

With a Bac+2 degree, you have a first experience in studentship or management assistance in a school or training center.

Required skills:

• Mastery of office tools (PPT, Excel, etc.);
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different services;
• Good writing and synthesis skills;
• Knowledge of the higher education and apprenticeship sector is a plus;
• Proficiency in English is a plus;

Salary: 28-29 k € gross annual
