In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—fueling our pipeline by generating high-quality leads, engaging decision-makers, and opening doors for our Outside Sales team. Through strategic outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and identifying creative marketing strategies, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence.

Hours: M-F 8a-5p

Pay Rate: $48K annually, +bonuses & commissions

Key Responsibilities of Sales Specialist:

• Generate qualified B2B staffing leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and prospecting tools.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activity, and manage follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify and implement creative strategies to market staffing and recruiting services
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, social media initiatives, and content outreach to attract clients and talent
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine messaging and positioning
• Recommend and test new marketing channels, tools, and campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation

Requirements for Sales Specialist:

• 1+ years of B2B sales, business development, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, or staffing industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and handling objections professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Efficient organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
