Service Manager | Louisville | NOVO Health Services This isn't a desk job managing from a distance. You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day - and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. Your fleet, your team, your accounts, your results. NOVO Health Services keeps hospitals running by keeping their linen supply moving. You manage the daily account functions - audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation - that determine whether customers stay. Real leadership, not just supervision. You hire, train, develop, and coach your RSRs so each one delivers on the simple pledge: the right product, the right quantity, in the right time window. You're in it. You'll cover routes during absences, run route logistics around vacations and holidays, and act as RSR during a market startup - this is a leader who works alongside the team, not above it.
