Business Analyst Climate Domain (Level III)

Business Analyst Climate Domain (Level III) Location - DC (3 days onsite mandatory) Skills / Experience Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in enterprise-scale IT environments. Some experience in Finance, Sustainability, Climate Business, or ESG-related IT systems (preferred). Strong experience applying SAFe Agile Framework and creating epics, capabilities, features, and user stories. Prior experience working on climate or environmental data-related solutions is desirable. Knowledge of Paris Alignment, climate risk, Climate Finance, and Green House Gas (GHG) would be a plus. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, process modeling, integration analysis, and data-driven functional definition. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Relevant certifications preferred (SAFe, CBAP, PMI-PBA, sustainability/climate certifications, etc.). Experience working on large and complex systems, in Agile delivery models. Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards for requirements and test management (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr E-Solutions
