Grant Manager II

We are hiring a Grant Manager II for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .
Job Description:
- Will assist with reviewing/editing Maternal Child Health Block (MCHB) grant sections that pertain to FCCS
- Will be tasked to complete various grant application opportunities
- Will provide guidance and technical assistance to grantees
- Will participate in SCHSCM site visits
- Will assist in the development RFAs, various grant related attachments, addendums, and policies.
- Fulfill the role of a PMO for multiple FCCS grants and Grant-In-Aids
- Work collaboratively with other PMOs who monitor SCHSCM grants
- Will represent FHS/FCCS in various meeting with stakeholders
- Will work with the Case Management Referral System (CMRS) re-design team
- Will work closely with the program's Research Scientist II's reviewing data to determine any programmatic changes necessary
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be proficient in EXCEL, and PowerPoint, must have excellent writing skills and be comfortable making presentations.
Education and Experience required:
- College Degree, experience in public health, nursing or social work.
- Have knowledge of social determinants of health and how they affect health outcomes.
- Knowledge/understanding how families can have issues accessing care.
Work hours:
- 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Lunch (unpaid): 1hr Lunch
