As of December 31, 2025, MSRA manages $80 billion of investable capital worldwide.Brief Description – About the InternshipDuring this internship, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sustainability initiatives across a global real assets platform, with a primary focus on real estate. You will work closely with the Sustainability team and collaborate with professionals across investment, asset management, and operations functions.This role offers exposure to how sustainability is integrated throughout the investment lifecycle, from data collection and reporting to asset-level initiatives and investor communications. You will contribute to meaningful projects while developing a foundational understanding of sustainability practices within the real estate industry.The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and execution-focused. They will be comfortable operating with limited direction, synthesizing complex technical information into clear, executive-level communication, and driving initiatives forward across diverse teams.
