We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join HydroSmart Water Solutions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and closing deals. Our partnership with Home Depot, as well as other marketing campaigns provides hot leads for our in home sales representatives to meet with, demo and sell.

No cold calling or prospecting required!

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations including full spectrum water tests to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that support business development efforts.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and technological advancements relevant to our products and services.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or direct B2C sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach that fosters long-term relationships.
• Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales is highly desirable.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in account management tasks.
• Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new industries is essential.
