Support engineer 2 (it support & procurement)

job summary: Join an iconic gaming studio behind legendary strategy titles. We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to deliver end-to-end technical support, hardware procurement, and lab machine management. Working on-site with our studio management and developer teams, you will play a key role in maintaining our local automated test labs and underlying IT infrastructure. location: Redmond, Washington job type: Contract salary: $30.55 - 40.55 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage PC hardware procurement, installation, inventory, and lifecycle recycling across the studio. Provide comprehensive IT support, resolving user account, software, hardware, and network access issues. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot specialized lab machines designated for automated game testing. Document IT processes and manage active support tickets to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction. qualifications: 3+ years of technical IT experience, including hands-on troubleshooting and systems support. 2+ years of experience in IT hardware procurement and asset management. Demonstrated experience utilizing client Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps. Strong written and verbal communication skills with explicit experience creating technical documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience writing scripts in Python, PowerShell, or C# to streamline IT workflows.
