The Institute for the Redesign of Learning (IRL) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Instructor to join our Transitions & Adult Services team. This full‑time (35 hrs/week) role offers the opportunity to help clients build independence and life skills through engaging lessons and community experiences—all while working alongside a supportive, mission‑driven team.
