• Shift: Full-time rotations across 3 hospitals; 24-hour shifts at Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts at Level IV

• License/Certs: Board Certified NNP (must be certified; FNP, PNP not accepted)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an NNP; not accepting new graduates or locum candidates

• Provide high-quality neonatal care within a large-level IV NICU.
• Rotate between three hospitals, covering high-acuity patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor neonatal vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Support families and educate them on neonatal health.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What You Need

• Valid, current NNP Board Certification (FNP/PNP not accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of neonatal intensive care experience
• Strong clinical skills in high-acuity neonatal environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules and shifts
