Emergency Dental of America is seeking a skilled and motivated Dentist to join our growing team in New Orleans, LA. This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider who enjoys a broad scope of dentistry, values professional independence, and wants to practice in a patient-focused environment with strong demand and experienced support.

Compensation

Under our Fee-for-Service concept, providers can expect to earn $300,000 - $550,000 annually.

Daily rate between $960 - $1,440 with 30% production.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices
Perform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulations
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

Qualifications

Education

DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

Licensure & Certifications

Active Louisiana dental license
Current BLS/CPR certification
DEA registration

Skills & Experience

Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-first care
Experience with endodontic procedures preferred
Experience with surgical extractions preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
