The Office Admin assists the Site Manager and Human Resources with various administrative tasks supporting the Distribution Center.

How You Create Impact

Review employee hourly/weekly time for accuracy prior to submission to payroll Screen, handle, and distribute daily mail within the office areas Weekly Invoicing to customer with attention to detail and accuracy Work with agency vendors to keep accurate accounting of agency staff hours for billing back to customer Update daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports Create adhoc reports when needed Perform accounts payable procedures (invoice processing, Create purchase orders for agency vendors and suppliers for payment of services )

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks Demonstrable organization skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be able to work extended hours/overtime when needed to support business needs
