Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed

To enhance healthcare systems, the full-time Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed will analyze clinical and business processes, manage Epic modules, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely during daytime hours. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis and development of recommendations for new and modified systems to meet client and project requirements Coordinate the implementation and support of Epic applications, ensuring all deployment steps are completed and issues resolved Act as the primary technical liaison with vendors and maintain communication with departments regarding system status and issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Five years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR systems, with a background in information technology within a healthcare setting Epic certification in the assigned Epic application discipline Experience in project management and customer service related to software applications In lieu of formal education, an Associate degree with six years of related experience or a High School Diploma with eight years of experience may be considered
