Junior Recruiter

To support recruitment efforts in a fast-paced global start-up, the full-time Junior Recruiter will assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating the hiring process on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. Key responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels to build a strong candidate pipeline Review resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular progress reports for the team Required qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations; previous internship or volunteer experience in recruitment/HR is a plus Fluent in English (written and spoken) Comfortable using social media and basic recruitment tools; familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office is a plus Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
