Associate Billing Analyst

Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.How You’ll Make an ImpactAnalyze billing systems to identify and implement ongoing performance improvements at both user and system levelsAssist in developing software requirements and document user methods and procedures for Spectrum’s billing operationsSupport mass adjustments, reporting, interfaces, security and outage management within Spectrum’s billing environmentRespond to requests through Change Request Management, Issue Management and on-site support to resolve user needsTrain and assist system users to ensure effective system utilizationCollaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and process measurement while providing lockbox tape support as neededContribute to project scheduling, workload monitoring and status reporting to maintain project momentumWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience1-2+ years supporting, testing and documenting various information technology systemsSkillsAnalyze and interpret dataEffective communication with all levels of managementAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyCommitment to maintaining confidentialityStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressureDemonstrated judgment and initiative in accomplishing tasksWork independentlyKnowledge of industry requirements supporting cable, data and telephony billingIn-depth knowledge of systems utilized by the cable or telecommunications industry for billing, customer service and accountingProficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ProjectRead, write, speak and understand English#LI-JV1 CBI300 2026-77864 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
