This per diem Pharmacy position offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise as a Staff Pharmacist in a retail setting. The role requires a proactive professional skilled in managing prescription medications, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Schedule:

• Thursday, 8/20: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday, 9/14: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, 9/15: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday, 9/16: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday, 9/17: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Madison, MS (assignments at a nearby facility in Jackson)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper usage.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage inventory and ensure medications are stored appropriately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.

• Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist, particularly in retail pharmacy environments.
