Paraprofessional - Alternative Learning Program (SC)

Paraprofessional – Alternative Learning Program (SC) Part of Bellevue Public Schools’ Academic Center for Excellence (ACE), the paraprofessional supports high‑school students (grades 9‑12) in an alternative learning environment. The position is part‑time, 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM–2:45 PM, with a starting date of August 10 2026. Position Type: Part-Time Salary: $17.15 per hour Responsibilities Assist students individually and in small groups to acquire academic skills. Support classroom teachers in delivering instruction and managing the classroom. Prepare copies and other materials as directed by the lead teacher. Help maintain a safe learning environment in accordance with school policies. Qualifications Must not pose a direct threat to health or safety of self or others. Capable of regularly attending and performing the duties of the position for its entire duration. Eligible for reasonable accommodations when needed. Veteran preference applies.
