Senior Accounting Manager

Exclusive . Parent company is global, US based, profitable, publicly traded and expanding. SBU is a multi-site manufacturer of electronic products sold worldwide. Report to VP Finance and lead a team in all areas of financial accounting (i.e., A/P, A/R, PR, fixed assets, leases, SOX compliance, G/L, monthly close). Upside potential to Assistant Controller.

Report to VP Finance for a B2B eyeing $200M in revenues in 2026 and coming off a banner years of record setting revenues and profit. SBU has manufacturing in North America and Europe. This is a lean, best practices SBU that endorses continuous improvement and is building out infrastructure to support organic growth and strong backlog. Center stage role that will expand skills and directly impact B/S and P/L.

• Lead the month-end closing consolidation process including KPIs and metrics
• Utilize new technology to streamline accounting process
• Identify opportunity to improve working capital
• Coordinate the annual budget and short-term forecasting
• Ensure compliance on technical accounting treatments (i.e., ASC 606, leases)
• Review all accounting processes to ensure accuracy
• Mentor and develop a team, local and remote
• Partner with leadership (e.g., budget management, capital expenditures, tariffs, VA/VE analysis, problem solving, margin management).

REQUIREMENTS: BS Accounting require; CPA ideal. Must have 8+ years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership within a publicly traded manufacturer. Experience needs to include all the areas listed above. Must be willing to travel 10 -15% within North America or to Europe.

REWARD : $170,000 to $200,000 DOE plus bonus, LTIP, excellent benefits and upside
