Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our Winchester office to ensure we are consistently providing high-quality service.

Mentor and guide our sales staff, helping them refine their approach and achieve their professional goals.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies that deepen our footprint in the Winchester community.

Manage complex client portfolios, providing tailored insurance solutions that offer real peace of mind.

Streamline internal processes to make our daily workflow smoother and more efficient for everyone on the team.

Monitor industry trends and adjust our offerings to stay ahead of the curve while maintaining our commitment to personalized care.

Requirements

Virginia Property Casualty Insurance License.

Valid Life Health Insurance License.

Minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client relations or sales leadership.

Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems.

Demonstrated ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative office culture.

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for operational detail.
