Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) travel assignment in Lanham, Maryland. Start date 09/18/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,631–$1,754 per week with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift is 5x8 days, scheduled 08:00–16:30. Setting: skilled nursing facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide and document occupational therapy interventions under supervision to improve residents’ daily living skills
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities aligned with resident goals
- Assist with initial assessments, progress notes, and routine documentation under OT supervision
- Monitor resident safety during activities; adapt tasks to meet individual capabilities and goals
- Collaborate with the OT team, nursing staff, and rehabilitation colleagues to coordinate care
- Maintain equipment, ensure proper infection control, and support a safe therapy environment

Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active credential; Maryland licensure or eligibility
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and follow facility policies
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Availability to work the listed shift (08:00–16:30) and the assignment schedule
