Your future role at a glance Location: Kyle, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Hays Department/Specialty: Unit Assistant ICU Schedule: Evening Shift | Monday - Friday 3:00p - 11:00a How you'll make an impact in this role Create a welcoming experience:Greet patients and visitors, and manage communication flows to ensure a positive and professional first impression for everyone entering the clinical area. Coordinate timely care:Schedule patient appointments and facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and the clinical team to support efficient, patient-centered care. Maintain clinical accuracy:Assist clinicians with electronic order entry, patient transfers, and discharges, ensuring all patient charts are accurate and up-to-date to support quality care. Support operational efficiency:Manage staff schedules, meeting logistics, and timekeeping records, ensuring the clinical team remains organized and focused on patient needs. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
