About the Role:

Join Union Mill Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center as a Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual ready to make a positive impact in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.  This position will start out as assistant manager and transition into a Clinic Management position as our current manager will be leaving in December 2026. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure effective communication between patients and the clinical team.
• Assist in financial discussions, including treatment costs and insurance verification.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Support the manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Keeping the surgery schedule booked. 
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold our high standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
• Balance EOM reports to insure posting accuracy.
• Accounts payable.
• Payroll, Hiring, Dismissal, Corrective actions.
• Maintaining doctor licensures keeping them in an active status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dental management/treatment coordinator is required 
• Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in dental is a plus.
