We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance our new Salesforce.com platform and ensure it aligns effectively with our operational objectives. This role is key to analyzing user requirements and streamlining processes, thereby making a significant impact on our business efficiency. You will be working onsite, collaborating directly with various departments to translate needs into functional specifications. • Proven experience with Salesforce.com, specifically in configuration and management • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret business requirements • Ability to create process documentation and user stories • Knowledge of data management principles and reporting capabilities • Experience with stakeholder engagement and user training This is a full-time position based in a stable environment focused on delivering impactful solutions. This is an onsite role, so you must be located in New York City, or Florida (Palm Beach or Boca Rotan). Nigel Frank International
