Sr Salesforce Administrator 6+ Contract Role Owings Mills, Maryland 21117/Remote Till COVID Job Description The Sr. Salesforce Administrator manages and implements Salesforce access control, application deployments, environment enhancements, monitoring and oversight to ensure stability, compliance and availability of the Salesforce environment to all users. Proactive administration of the Salesforce environment to ensure stability, integrity and performance of the environment. Includes sandbox refreshes, user and data management. Manage and perform application deployments including the migration of code and configuration to all environments, validation oversight, and burn-in support. Manage the release pipeline through multiple environments and ensure appropriate code promotion processes are followed. Qualifications: College degree and 4 years of related work experience, or Associate degree and 6 years related work experience, or Salesforce administration knowledge and work experience Salesforce Admin Certification Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification Agile methodology knowledge and work experience IT Security and Risk controls knowledge and experience Salesforce system administration experience, including configuration and development expertise Salesforce environment and release management knowledge and experience Salesforce Lightning knowledge and experience Experience with sfApex, DemandTools, AutoRabit, DMI Rainmaker, GIT and Rally tools Good communication skills and ability to work directly with end users and business clients Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to work collaboratively with others in an Agile environment IT Risk and Controls experience; IT audit experience and knowledge of SOC2 requirements Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities under tight deadlines Ability offer solutions and the business impact to clients in a clear and concise manner.
