Team Allied prides itself on delivering premium-quality products, competitive pricing, fast-paced logistical services, and first-class customer service!Job DescriptionAs a Shipping Clerk on the eCommerce team, you will manage online order fulfillment and return processing. In this role, you will pick, package, and ship outbound orders, as well as receive and process inbound returns. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining inventory records and supporting warehouse operations.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities•\tPrepare, package, and label orders for shipment•\tVerify order accuracy and quality before shipping•\tCoordinate with carriers and manage shipping schedules•\tProcess returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy•\tReceive goods, stock shelves, verify inventory, and accurately record data•\tKeep the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsMust-have Qualifications•\tHigh School Diploma/GED Equivalent or higher•\tValid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience with a clean record•\tMinimum of 2 years related work experience in shipping, warehouse, and/or eCommerce•\tAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods•\tWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows and OfficePreferred skills•\tProven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks within strict deadlines•\tDemonstrated capacity to comprehend and follow complex instructions with precision•\tTechnical proficiency with ERP systems, shipping software, and scanners•\tKnowledge of carrier requirements and shipping best practices•\tUnderstanding of shipping regulations, inventory management, and safety protocols•\tEffective and professional communication skills•\tForklift Operator Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (company funded)Compensation •\t$17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits Package•\tMedical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance•\tHealth care flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts•\t401(k) plan: Contribute 4%, company adds 1% (maximum 1% company contribution)•\tEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)•\tPaid time off (vacation, sick, and bereavement), as well as short and long-term disabilityEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, commonly known as an ESOP, is a retirement benefit for all employee-owners.
