About the Clinician's Workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive individual therapy services to adolescents in a state-operated residential facility. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation using the EMR system, and collaborating with residential staff to ensure coordinated care delivery. The position requires working Monday through Friday in five 8-hour day shifts with a caseload of 6-10 patients per day. The clinician will focus strictly on therapy services while adhering to state facility protocols and maintaining professional standards in adolescent mental health treatment with no call requirements.
