Daily schedule: Shift options listed (8/10/12-hour day shifts); Remote on-call blocks available; clinicians who can assist with call prioritized

Practice setting: Hospital

Types of cases: Endo, ENT, General, GYN, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Urology, Major Vascular, Cardiology, OB, Ortho

Heads, Hearts, or OB required: Cardiac (cardiology cases) = Yes; OB = Yes; Thoracic/Neuro/Peds = No

Number of cases: TBD

Ages: Adults

Requirements: ACLS required; PALS or ATLS required; active WA license required; board certified or board eligible (within 4 years); 24 months case logs; BC or BE within 4 years of residency; active ACLS + PALS or ATLS; file complete for temp privileges; 90–120 days credentialing; bonded >50 miles from site
