Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and treatment during pre-operative and post-operative phases.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation in Cerner EMR system.
• Administer medications and perform large-bore IV starts, arterial and central line placements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide critical care when required.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including skin assessments and prep for OR induction.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a critical care or CVOR setting.
• Proficiency in Cerner documentation system.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
