Security Officer/SOC Operator - Wilton

SOC Operator / Security Officer Location: Wilton, CT Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM We are seeking a professional and dependable SOC Operator / Security Officer for a mixed-role position in Wilton, CT. Saturday–Sunday (SOC Operator):

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Dispatch and document security incidents
• Maintain logs and reports
• Follow emergency and escalation procedures

Monday–Tuesday (Security Officer):

• Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
• Assist employees and visitors
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Complete daily activity and incident reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Previous security, SOC, dispatch, military, or customer service experience
