Responsibilities Repair, install, and maintain air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems. Ability to quote and sell equipment. Explain the benefits of maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer. Perform preventative maintenances to protect the customers investment. Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems and help them determine which option is best for their situation. Troubleshoot issues with the current system as problems arise. Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage and current meters. Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field. The current pay range is $30 - $55+ per hour. Our compensation package includes hourly rate and generous performance-based compensation.
