An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide valuable support to students and staff within a dynamic school district. This onsite, contract-based position spans the academic calendar through May 28, 2027, offering meaningful, long-term impact in educational environments. The role involves working across multiple buildings within the district, collaborating closely with educators, students, and families to foster positive outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Current national Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from BACB is required
• Previous experience implementing behavioral interventions in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and evidence-based practices
• Ability to manage multiple school sites throughout the district
• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Work collaboratively with school staff to model best practices and provide ongoing support
• Offer direct and consultative behavioral services to students, teachers, and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to refine strategies and support progress
• Promote a positive learning environment by implementing proactive strategies
• Travel as needed between campuses within the district
• Complete onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting and registry searches
