We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Niagara Falls, NY for a 3-month contract covering a leave of absence. In this role, you will support day-to-day Human Resources operations by providing vital administrative and coordination support across key HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and employee records. Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain employee files • Ensure all documents are filed accurately and consistently • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork • Support recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking candidates) • Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately • Prepare basic HR documents, letters, and reports • Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes as needed • Assist with internal audits, helping verify completeness and compliance of HR records • Support HR projects and general administrative tasks
