In this hybrid role, you'll be the front line for customer support, a key partner in QA testing our TrackStock POU inventory auto-replenishment software on iOS and Android devices, and a motivated closer who converts warm inbound leads into implemented accounts. eTurns is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll be the front
line for customer support, a key partner in QA testing our TrackStock POU inventory auto-replenishment software

Hybrid work: Monday thru Wednesday in office; Thursday - Friday work at home.

Compensation: $65K salary + up to 7% bonus + sales commissions

$450 / month HRA healthcare allowance to cover medical, dental, vision expenses

Vacation: 2 weeks plus holidays

On-site fitness center with showers: free

Education: some college required

Experience: Prior customer success or support role; experience with software implementation a plus

Technology: Comfortable with Microsoft Office products; beginning knowledge of Anthropic's Claude AI

IoT hardware: Comfort with IoT hardware connecting with software; enthusiasm for learning more about the space

Schedule: Ability to work Monday through Friday; commutable to Irvine, CA Mon–Wed

Essential Job Duties:
· Become a product expert on TrackStock POU
· Answer inbound support calls from customers
· Respond to support tickets, requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly
· Respond to voicemails in a timely manner
· Conduct customer training sessions
· Assist other departments with implementation and special project tasks
· Complete approved special projects and implementation tasks as assigned
· Create and maintain training documentation

eTurns, Inc. develops and sells cloud-based inventory management software called TrackStock that provides organizations with real-time visibility into remote storeroom inventories and then automates replenishment. Simplify reordering and optimize inventory in stockrooms and service trucks.
TrackStock is VMI and CMI automated inventory management software that simplifies replenishment from any distributor. Use QR code scans, Electronic Shelf Labels, or SensorBins to save time and money.

Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
