Forklift Operator

PeopleShare is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving freight throughout the warehouse, and ensuring products are staged accurately for shipment. Forklift Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:30 pm - 12:00 am +OT
Pay Rate: $22.00 (with +1.00 shift differential)


Forklift Operator Job Description:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers
• Move, stage, and organize freight within the warehouse
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies
• Utilize RF scanners and shipping documents as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Forklift Operator Job Requirements:

• Recent sit down forklift experience required ; dock or freight handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
